In order to increase the value and longevity of your LPG tank, we recommend the use of two-component coating systems. Two-component coating systems increase protection from corrosion, extend the maintenance intervals and allow you to reduce costs!
We offer two-component coating systems for galvanized tanks and for steel tanks.
We prepare steel surfaces in accordance with DIN EN ISO 8501 – or with other norms upon request. Due to the durable adhesive qualities we recommend specialized two-component polyurethane top coats for the subsequent coating process.
Whilst conventional single-component coatings based on synthetic resins often tend to flake off after a short time, our high-end two-component coats firmly stick to the surface of galvanized LPG tanks.
We prepare galvanized surfaces in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944-4. Due to the durable adhesive qualities we recommend specialized two-component polyurethane top coats for the subsequent coating of galvanized surfaces.
For any given surface, we provide the best and most appropriate coating. All at reasonable cost – through our workshop services or our “monitoring two-component coating”.
First we remove the corrosion from damaged areas on the manhole cover and repair them with an appropriate coating material. The entire manhole cover is then coated with a two-component PUR top coat.
On request we can also varnish the manhole cover.
