Spotblaster
INNOVATIVE IN RADIATION TECHNIQUES

Our Spotblaster is a special highlight, using a blasting technique that prioritises safety and efficiency. It sets new standards in blasting technique by combining water and sand to deliver maximum efficiency without producing any sparks.

  • Innovative blasting technique for maximum efficiency
  • Safety: no sparks, thanks to the water-sand combination
  • New benchmarks: setting standards in blasting technique
  • Ideal for applications where sparks must be avoided, such as in the vicinity of flammable materials or potentially explosive zones of tank farms.
  • A perfectly balanced combination of fine sand and water.
  • The Spotblaster not only reduces dust exposure significantly but also provides spark-free cleaning, minimising the risk of gas-forming deflagrations.

Sandblasting
The power of surface renewal!

Sandblasting removes impurities caused by years of contact with water-polluting substances and prepares the surface for subsequent sealing or coating work.

  • Effective contamination removal
  • Optimum surface preparation
  • Creates smooth and clean surfaces
  • Sandblasting is especially well-suited for older tank farms, domes, and remote filling shafts where rust and deposits often accumulate.
  • Various blasting materials made of sand, glass and steel (e.g. garnet sand and broken glass), angular, round or cylindrical with a grain size between 0.1 and 2.0 mm.
  • Sandblasting enables thorough rust removal and cleaning of the affected areas, providing a solid foundation for subsequent repair work.

Dry ice blasting
Gentle cleaning without residue!

Dry ice blasting is an innovative cleaning technique using solid CO2 (dry ice) as the blasting agent.

  • No moisture or chemical residues
  • Low noise pollution
  • Environmentally friendly, no additional waste products
  • This process effectively removes paints, varnishes, oils, and contaminants, with a wide range of applications in industry, construction, and restoration.
  • CO2 in solid form (ice pellets)
  • Dry ice blasting is a residue-free, dry process that is ideal for areas where liquids are undesirable.

Sponge Jet process
Surface cleaning
with precision

The Sponge Jet process is an innovative method of surface preparation and cleaning. Compressed air is used to shoot granulated sponge particles onto the surface, gently removing coatings and contaminants.

  • Use of granulated sponge particles
  • Cleaning by shooting the particles with compressed air Minimal
  • Dust development during the process
  • Ideal for hard-to-reach areas in tank systems where traditional sandblasting cannot be used. This process enables precise blasting without the risk of reworking.
  • Special, abrasive high-performance sponge materials.
  • Minimizes secondary waste and prevents damage to adjacent structures or components. Only the top layer is removed, and the galvanised substrate remains intact.
